These online programs include a customized plan for each participant, one-on-one and group counselling or coaching, support to navigate and referrals to local services, as well as opportunities to build peer relationships and networks. If you need support to overcome current challenges such as social isolation, mental health and addictions, homelessness and food security, there are also a range of Life Stabilization Programs available to help you. All WRAP participants will be provided support to apply for Toronto Public Library Card and referrals to income tax clinics.
